To support our principles, we believe it is necessary to maintain and develop our Integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards of reference and Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.


This system is intended to provide guarantees and transparency for our customers and all other stakeholders and must contribute to the achievement of the following GOALS:

 

  • Design and production of attractive, practical, safe, sustainable, competitively priced furniture that totally satisfies the most widely varying needs of our customers;
  • Assurance of the quality compliance of products and services;
  • Swift delivery and meeting of all deadlines;
  • Constant improvement of all company processes;
  • Raising of our suppliers’ and dealers’ awareness with regard to quality, ethics and sustainability;
  • Improvement of internal and external communications;
  • Development of suitable standards within the distribution system;
  • Compliance with both legal and voluntary regulatory requirements;
  • Control and reduction of use of resources, maximising use of renewables and pursuing the aim of zero impact;
  • Prevention of pollution and control and reduction of waste in particular;
  • Elimination or reduction of occupational health and safety risk;
  • Gradual reduction of work-related ill-health and injuries for our workers, including psychosocial risks;
  • Consolidation of in-house programmes to guarantee equal opportunities and gender equality for all workers and promotion of wellbeing throughout the organisation;
  • Development of employees’ knowledge, skills and awareness through constant training and information;
  • Commitment to the consultation and engagement of workers and their representatives;
  • Ethical management of the personal data processed.
