The location is Bel Air, the VIP residential district in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains, Los Angeles. The 1500 m2 home featured on the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles TV show. In modern style, although surrounded by windows opening onto the splendid views it also enjoys the highest levels of privacy and security.

The internal spa, cinema, wine cellar and large lounges are furnished in simple, unobtrusive style.
In keeping with the home’s moods and colours
The ONE kitchen in glossy white lacquered finish dominates the room and creates a link with the exterior of the building. The project, impressive in its size, in the storage capacity of the tall unit and pantry zone, and in its main cooking island, decorates the interior.
The aim of the renovation was to create a particularly elegant, functional, roomy, modern interior that would harmonise with the home’s many “classical” and decor features, such as its ceilings, archways and windows.
Functionality and convenience.
Rather than over-sophisticated aesthetic intents, we find a touch of originality derived from the unusual opening to the outdoors, with opportunities for sharing and entertainment
